Pausing to Remember

Today, June 6, 2014, is the 70th anniversary of D-Day. That’s was when the Allied troops landed along the French coastline during World War II to fight Nazi Germany. Brave men and women, like my dad and father-in-law, risked their lives in World War II to preserve the freedoms that we have today.
